OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal-setting process in which an objective specifies the desired outcome and is accompanied by 3-5 quantitative and measurable key results.
What you want to achieve is defined by your objectives, which should be presented in a powerful, compelling manner.
The key results are the steps you’ll take to reach a goal. Key Results might be deliverables or quantitative performance markers (effort or projects).
