Certification Exam

A certification exam will be conducted at the end of the program to test the participants’ knowledge and understanding of KPIs and their applications. Successful candidates will receive the certification of “Certified KPI Professional and Practitioner.”

Note: The program includes case studies and presentations to reinforce learning and practical applications. The program can be conducted both online and in-person. The program will be conducted from 9 am to 5 pm each day, with appropriate breaks for lunch and refreshments.

Assignment 1: KPI Development Case Study

In this assignment, you will work on a case study that requires the development of KPIs that align with organizational goals and objectives. The case study is based on a fictitious company that needs to improve its sales performance. Your task is to develop KPIs that will help the company measure its sales performance and identify areas for improvement. You will need to consider the critical success factors for the company’s sales function and select KPIs that align with the company’s sales goals.

  • Use of data analysis techniques to support KPI development
  • Communication of KPI development process and results

Assignment 2: KPI Implementation and Monitoring Case Study

In this assignment, you will work on a case study that requires the implementation and monitoring of KPIs. The case study is based on a fictitious company that has implemented KPIs to improve its customer service performance. Your task is to implement and monitor the KPIs to track the company’s customer service performance and identify areas for improvement. You will need to develop a KPI reporting and monitoring system and identify the data sources and metrics for the KPIs.

  • Monitoring of KPIs and tracking progress
  • Identification of KPI performance gaps and recommendations for improvement

Certification Exam :

The certification exam is designed to test the participants’ knowledge and understanding of KPIs and their applications. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions and scenario-based questions that require the application of KPI concepts and techniques. The exam will cover the following topics:
